The grilling season is full on. Here is an interesting recipe for grilled mushrooms.
Vaja läheb:
6 portobello seent
150 g kõva kitsejuustu (mina kasutasin Chabichou du Poitou'd)
estragoni või muid meelepäraseid ürte
Puhasta seened pintsliga sodist ja lõika juust tükkideks. Täida seened juustuga, riputa peale ürdid. Grilli 5-10 minutit.

You'll need:
6 portobello mushrooms
150 g of firm goat cheese (I used Chabichou du Poitou)
estragon or other herbs
Brush the mushrooms clean with a cooking brush and cut the cheese into small cubes. Divide them between the mushrooms and sprinkle the herbs on top. Grill for 5-10 minutes.
